Every staff member was helpful and friendly. It had excellent and incredible location so close to wildlife. Furthermore, next to the slope.

Nothing to dislike.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a resort in the middle of a picturesque pine tree forest. The facilities were outstanding, featuring a game room in the basement, a tennis court, and an animal walk. The location is unbeatable, as it is right in front of wildlife and next to the slope, perfect for skiing enthusiasts. The staff was one of the best aspects, with friendly attitudes and excellent service. Finally, the cleanliness was impressive, making my stay as pleasant and hygienic as possible.

I found it frustrating that there was no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. It was chilly in the room and the heater was only on at certain times.

The receptionist and hotel manager were both extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The waiters at the restaurant were also polite and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating and memorable stay.
